Description
The video details the process of replacing a traditional malleable penile prosthesis with the Zephyr ZSI 100 FTM implant, designed for transgender men after phalloplasty but used here for a patient with micropenis. The patient is a 37-year-old male who underwent phalloplasty and faced complications with previous prosthesis. Our video provides a detailed account of the intraoperative use of Doppler ultrasound to ensure the integrity of vascular structures, followed by the meticulous surgical technique employed to install the specialized Zephyr ZSI 100 FTM implant. The presentation is enhanced with medical illustrations and live surgical footage to clearly depict each step of the procedure. The video emphasizes the innovative application of this device in addressing unique anatomical challenges and improving patient outcomes.
