Description

The aim of this video is to illustrate the technique for penile reconstruction using radial forearm free flap phalloplasty (RAP) in a 58-year-old patient who had a penile necrosis and shortening of the penis following insertion of penile prosthesis with multiple complications and surgeries.

The RAP is the most common flap used for phalloplasty. This approach is both aesthetic and functional. The full technique is demonstrated in live surgery.
