Testicular sparing surgery, Partial orchiectomy

Description

Testis sparing surgery was performed via a right inguinal approach for a 10 mm right testicular mass in a solitary testicle. Microscope was used to perform a microsurgical excision of the mass and biopsy of normal testicular parenchyma. Testis sparing surgery is not commonly performed and here we provide a video outlining surgical technique and approach with narration.
