Description
This is a demonstration of the utility of the Dingman Retractor (1) in penile prosthesis implantation surgery. This is a four-way retractor widely used in cleft palate surgery. In our experience, this instrument allows excellent exposure to the corpora cavernosa and crura, rendering penile prosthesis implantation surgery easier and faster, with minimal need for assistance.
